Tsu-Yi Chuang, MD, MPH, FAAD

Dr. Tsu-Yi Chuang is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in general and medical dermatology. He received his medical degree from National Taiwan University in Taipei, Taiwan and graduated from University of Washington as a Master of Public Health. He completed his residency in dermatology at University of Chicago, where he served as chief resident, and completed a fellowship in epidemiology and dermatology at the Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Chuang has served as professor at University of Wisconsin, Wright State University, and Indiana University. He was named Arthur L. Norins Professor of Dermatologic Clinical Research (Endowed Professorship) by Indiana University before he left his academic profession and went into private practice.

He has been honored with several awards throughout his career, including the Physician’s Recognition Award with Commendation from the American Medical Association, Community Service Award from the American Academy of Dermatology, and Badge of Honor for Outstanding Student from National Taiwan University. He has presented at both regional and international conferences, such as China-Japan Joint Meeting of Dermatology, International Congress of Dermatology, and British Epidermo-Epidemiology Society Meeting.

Dr. Chuang has also been recognized in 7 Who’s Who books, which reference influential people from around the world. He is currently a member of American Society for Dermatological Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology, and American College of Preventive Medicine.
