California Skin Institute Merges with San Jose’s Morphosis Rejuvenation Studio

California Skin Institute is pleased to announce a merger with San Jose’s Morphosis Rejuvenation Studio and its founder Linda Levenson, M.N., N.P., MEP-C. Morphosis Rejuvenation Studio is a successful and well respected aesthetic practice that was awarded the “Best Medi-Spa in Silicon Valley” by the San Jose Magazine and The Wave Magazine. Ms. Levenson received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center, a Masters Degree in Nursing from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a Nurse Practitioner Degree through San Jose State University, and her Public Health Certificate from the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. Ms. Levenson is an experienced cosmetic nurse practitioner with many years of experience in injectables, laser, and radiofrequency rejuvenation techniques.* Morphosis Rejuvenation Studio patients will now have direct access to California Skin Institute’s dermatology, cosmetic surgery, and state-of-the-art rejuvenation technology platform.*

Ms. Levenson and her staff will be relocating Morphosis Rejuvenation Studio to the California Skin Institute-San Jose/O’Connor location staffed by board certified dermatologists Anjali Morales, MD and Michelle Mak-Fung, MD. Appointments with Ms. Levenson may be scheduled by calling 408-298-5533.
