Susan Goodlerner, MD
Susan Goodlerner, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist practicing in Torrance, California. Dr. Goodlerner attended the University of Pennsylvania and attended medical school at Emory University in Atlanta. She completed an internship at the University of Michigan and did her dermatology residency at UCLA. Dr. Goodlerner has been providing general dermatology, dermatologic surgery, laser surgery and cosmetic dermatology in the South Bay since 1984.
She is an associate professor of dermatology helping to train new dermatologists at Harbor UCLA Medical Center. She is on the physician advisory board of the Cancer Care Community, a nonprofit that provides free counseling for patients and families coping with cancer. Dr. Goodlerner regularly volunteers to conduct community skin cancer screenings at health fairs in the Torrance area. She interviewed on skin and health topics by local media, including the Torrance Daily Breeze. Los Angeles Times and Long Beach Press Telegram.
Dr. Goodlerner is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the California Derm Society, and the Los Angeles Metro Derm Society. She is on the medical staff of Torrance Memorial Medical Center since 1984.
Dr. Goodlerner is devoted to personal health and is an avid swimmer and tennis player.
